Voluntary Health Insurance is a form of corporate employee support that provides access to medical care at clinics and hospitals funded by the employer.
Purpose of Cover
- For the employer: reducing employee sick leave, increasing loyalty and engagement, and strengthening the company’s appeal as an employer
- For the employee: prompt access to high-quality medical care and a greater sense of support from the employer
Insured Events
- An insured employee request for medical assistance due to illness, injury, a preventive examination, vaccination, or other circumstances covered under the program
Scope of Indemnity
Includes, but is not limited to:- Outpatient care, including physician consultations, diagnostic procedures, and laboratory testing
- Inpatient treatment, including surgery, medication, and hospital accommodation
- Dental care
- Emergency and urgent medical care
- Preventive care, including health screenings and vaccination
