RC Insurance Broker LLC is a professional center of expertise and risk management. The company is one of the longest-established participants in modern Russia’s insurance brokerage market. The team’s professional history dates back to 1991, when one of the world’s largest international insurance brokerage groups opened its office in Russia. In 1992, Willis Corroon PJSC was established. Following a series of reorganizations, the company continues its operations today under the RC Insurance Broker brand.
In 2023, the company entered a new chapter in its history. Following its acquisition by Her Highness Shaikha Dheya bint Ebrahim Al Khalifa, it was renamed RC Insurance Broker. The company not only managed to retain its key specialists but also continued to strengthen its capabilities in insurance and project advisory, as well as in corporate risk assessment and analysis.
Drawing on its extensive databases of insured events and their underlying causes, comprehensive statistical data, and advanced risk management methodologies and procedures, RC Insurance Broker has expanded into a new area of business: the development of digital tools for centralized risk management. In 2025, the company once again ranked first among Russia’s largest insurance brokers by total remuneration earned, according to the Association of Professional Insurance Brokers (APIB), generating more than 5.1 billion rubles in revenues.
