About the Project
CIRMP is a multi-module digital ecosystem offering a wide range of solutions and tools for effective risk management, forecasting and modeling of incidents, analysis and support of decision-making.

Global project goals:

  • Strategic planning
  • Reducing threats and their negative consequences for economic sectors
  • Forecasting economic efficiency
  • Visualization of information for bodies charged with monitoring and decision-making
  • Forecasting and accounting of external-impact factors (both natural and man-made) on infrastructure facilities

Local project goals:

  • Modeling and forecasting natural events and their impact on transportation and production chains
  • Identifying bottlenecks and planning mitigation measures
  • Identifying cross-cutting risks in the production management system
  • Reducing industrial accidents
  • Reducing unplanned losses
  • Improving control over budget adherence

Modules of the digital ecosystem of the CIRMP project:

1. Risk management system
  • Collection, analysis, processing, control and monitoring of risks
  • Planning and conducting risk control activities, monitoring the occurrence of events
  • Centralized storage and processing of data
  • Timely access to information on risk management processes
2. Digital geographic model
  • Data visualization in relation to map layers
  • Assessing the impact of major natural hazards, as well as risks of terrorism, war and epidemics, on assets and supply chains
  • Interactive map of natural hazards
  • Real-time alerts on natural events threatening assets or supply chains
3. Digital twin
  • Provides a single digital contour of the facility’s life-cycle from design to operation
  • A precise digital copy of an object
  • Modeling scenarios for the occurrence of various risks, and testing production processes
  • Monitoring of object sensors

Key features:

  • Continuously developing distributed resource for information analysis and processing
  • Comprehensive digitalization of the risk space – a living digital model of the entire diversity of processes and objects
  • Integration of centers of expertise for various types of risks and documentation databases
  • A single end-to-end risk management process within the digital ecosystem
  • Mathematical modeling and forecasting of risk situations and the consequences of their occurrence
  • Control and monitoring of a wide range of risks, risk factors and measures to manage them in real time
  • Accounting for inter-dependencies and the impact of risks on all relevant processes
  • Possibility of integrating the contour of risks that are external in relation to the subjects/objects within the enterprise
