Purpose of Cover
- For the employer: demonstrating a high level of employee care, retaining key specialists and reducing unexpected costs associated with providing support
- For the employee: access to advanced medical treatment and reduced financial pressure during a critical period
Insured Events
- The initial diagnosis of an insured employee with a condition included in the list of critical illnesses, covering more than 50 diagnoses depending on the program
Scope of Indemnity
- Arranging and covering treatment following the diagnosis of a critical illness
- Treatment at leading clinics in Russia or abroad
- Coverage of advanced medical care and surgical procedures
- Hospitalization, diagnostic and medication expenses
- Access to a second medical opinion
- Patient transportation and medical assistance where required
- Travel and accommodation expenses for the patient and an accompanying person, where included in the program
