A test of determination and teamwork, with medals earned through grit and perseverance.
On 14 June 2025, the RC Insurance Broker team took part in Hero Race, one of Russia’s largest obstacle-course events, held at the Alabino military training ground outside Moscow. The annual event attracts thousands of participants and has long been more than simply an obstacle race: it is a true test of teamwork, endurance and trust.
Employees from across the company joined forces for the challenge. A shared goal, collective energy and a determination to overcome every obstacle helped them complete the entire course, from monkey bars and rope walls to sections involving mud, water and barbed wire.
“Your finishing time does not matter here — what matters is the person beside you. When you are covered in mud, it is not speed that matters, but mutual support. That is something our team has in abundance” — said one of the RC Insurance Broker participants.
The company’s decision to take part reflected its continued commitment to promoting an active lifestyle, physical wellbeing and team cohesion. Participation in events of this kind complements its internal initiatives aimed at fostering a resilient and energetic corporate culture.
The final section of the course marked the culmination of the team’s shared journey: medals, a group photograph, mutual encouragement and a well-earned sense of pride. Above all, the experience demonstrated that any challenge can be overcome when you are supported by a team you can trust.
