RC Insurance Broker retains its leading position in Russia by commission revenues in 2025
According to 2025 statistics published by the Association of Professional Insurance Brokers (APIB), RC Insurance Broker LLC recorded 5,156,512,000 rubles in remuneration under insurance brokerage service agreements. This result placed the company firmly at the top of the ranking, well ahead of its closest competitor, which ranked second with 3,668,434,000 rubles for the year.
The aggregate commission revenues of all APIB members included in the 2025 ranking exceeded 21 billion rubles. RC Insurance Broker therefore accounted for approximately one quarter of the insurance brokerage market by commission revenues, with a 24.5% share.
Notably, the market leader’s commission revenues declined slightly year on year. This, however, did not prevent the company from retaining its position amid challenging market conditions.
Alexander Starostin, Director of RC Insurance Broker, described the company’s continued leadership in 2025 as the natural result of consistent, systematic work.
“For us, first place in the APIB ranking is more than just a set of figures; it reflects the quality of our expertise and the trust our clients place in us. In 2025, we remained focused on complex corporate risks and infrastructure projects. The modest decline in commission revenues reflects both the broader market correction and our deliberate decision to prioritize portfolio quality and long-term client relationships. Our focus is on business resilience and deep professional expertise, not on pursuing volume at any cost” — Alexander Starostin said.
The ranking also confirms the high level of market concentration: the three largest brokers account for more than half of the aggregate commission revenues generated by all APIB members.
