Purpose of Cover

- Compensation payable for environmental damage in accordance with Articles 77 and 78 of Federal Law No. 7-FZ of 10 January 2002, “On Environmental Protection”
- Business interruption losses, including losses resulting from the suspension of operations by regulatory authorities
- Costs of clean-up and remediation of the insured’s own premises
- Expenses incurred in accordance with oil spill response plan
