- Loss of, damage to, or theft of containers resulting from loading and unloading operations, transportation by sea, rail, or road, natural hazards, malicious acts by third parties, or containers falling overboard
Scope of Indemnity
Includes, but is not limited to:- Container repair or replacement costs
- Container search, recovery and return expenses
