Purpose of Cover
- Protection of the airline’s assets against claims brought by injured passengers and third parties
- Compliance with international conventions and national legislation
Insured Events
- A claim for compensation arising from death, bodily injury, or property damage suffered by passengers, as well as death, bodily injury, or property damage suffered by third parties outside the aircraft, resulting from aircraft operations
